We strive to do it all here at Cerritos College Phi Beta Lambda. Our academic club provides a dynamic work environment where deadlines are met and goals are not only met, but they are exceeded. We work on many exciting initiatives to improve the lives of others, and are very proud of the work we do. COMMUNITY SERVICE
At Cerritos PBL, we are dedicated to supporting individuals through our various initiatives. With one of our initiatives being active in activities around campus, we are always striving to make a difference. Whether it is in our community, or one much farther away from home, we know that all in need deserve our help and support.
CONFERENCES
With our mission always in mind, we work tirelessly to improve our professional skills so we could help the lives of individuals from all walks of life. Attending Conferences is something that we take very seriously, and work to enhance each semester. Our whole team of dedicated members are committed to do their best in competitive events and will continue achieve more awards every time with the team work we put out.
SELF DEVELOPMENT
It is not a requirement to be a Business Major, yet we recognize that the skills used in the field are reflected in every other field of study. PBL will help students to polish their skills such as speaking in public, running a meeting, networking and marketing. We want our members to evolve into successful professionals, and use their skills to grow in a company or even be the owner of one.
LEADERSHIP OPORTUNITIES
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities to all of our members in Cerritos College. With equal access to resources, members become empowered individuals with the ability to chase their dreams, and use the tools they need to build the life they want. With the help of other officers and advisors, our goal is for them to take the mantle for the next semester to become the next leaders of the organization.
